Simply Therapy, Psychotherapy and Physcoherapy are based in Bury (Manchester) with offices in Rossendale and Manchester. We are a professional counselling organisation which recognise that each person is unique, and we tailor our services around your personal issues, dilemmas and problems.

We enable you to address needs and concerns which are important to you. At Simply Therapy we will work with you to explore your thoughts, emotions and inner feelings which will empower you and allow you to take control of your issues and work through solutions to drive you forward in life.

We have extensive counselling experience supporting small, medium sized enterprises as well as Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charities and the voluntary sector. Through our Employee Assistance Programmes we work with employees to regain their confidence, and deal with personal issues within the workplace which impacts on performance and productivity.

As a result I support the individual by putting in place measures and joint action plans where the staff member agrees and is signed up and happy to work towards enabling self-fulfilment, confidence, motivation and productivity in their place of work.

Simply Therapy offer a Counselling and Psychotherapy and physiotherapy service in the Bury, Rossendale and the Greater Manchester area.  We also now offer support to clients in Cheshire.  We work with local GP surgeries, local organisations such as charities, local businesses, housing association, funeral directors, mental health organisations and educational establishments.
