Well what can I say but thank you! I have seen Jan for 9 psychotherapy sessions and now can sleep at nigh without having panic and anxiety attacks! My counsellor really listened, she did not judge me or ridicule me, I felt warm and safe and was able to say what my true inner feelings were.

Jan seemed to press the right buttons and got me to look at issues from different perspective and then be able to reach my own solution that was right for me. Then I put the thoughts and feelings into action which give me a sense of control of my destiny for the first time and giving me a positive spring to my step.

I now actually believe in myself, think carefully, analysing the affects of my actions before making rash uncontrolled decisions and I can move forward and be able to achieve what I want from my life.
